Ingredients
10 oz. bag tortilla chips
1 14-oz. can black or pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. salsa, preferably homemade
3/4 c. sour cream
1/2 c. frozen corn, defrosted
1/2 c. black olives, sliced
3 scallions, thinly sliced
1/2 c. fresh parsley, roughly chopped
Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
