Instructions
How to Make Air Fryer Chocolate Donut Holes
1️⃣ Preheat the Air Fryer
Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes. Lightly grease silicone molds or line the basket with parchment.
2️⃣ Mix Dry Ingredients
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until evenly combined.

3️⃣ Mix Wet Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk maple syrup, Greek yogurt, melted oil, egg, vanilla, and milk until smooth and pourable.
4️⃣ Combine the Batter
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir gently just until combined.
⚠️ Do not overmix. Overworking the batter leads to dense donut holes instead of soft, fudgy ones.
5️⃣ Shape the Donut Holes
Spoon batter into molds or drop rounded spoonfuls onto parchment, filling about 3/4 full.
6️⃣ Air Fry
Air fry for 6–8 minutes, until:
- The tops look set
- Donut holes spring back lightly when pressed
Avoid overcooking — air fryers run hot and these cook fast.
7️⃣ Cool & Finish
Cool for 2–3 minu
