  • 1 head of cauliflower,
  • 2 eggs,
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt,
  • ¼ teaspoon of black pepper,
  • ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese,
  • ¼ cup of chopped fresh parsley,
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and
  • ½ cup of plain or gluten-free bread crumbs.


First, cut the cauliflower into florets and steam them until they're tender.

  • Then, let them cool
  • mixing them in a bowl with the eggs, salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese, and parsley.
    Next, form the mixture into small patties and coat them in the bread crumbs.
  • Finally, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook the fritters until they're golden brown on both sides. Enjoy!
