- 2 tbsp melted butter

π How to make Puff Pastry Sticks with Cheese, Bacon and Spices
- Preheat the Oven: Set the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prep the puff pastry ticks: Brush each stick lightly with melted butter. This helps the seasonings stick and gives a nice golden crunch.
- Season the Sticks: Mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried oregano. Sprinkle evenly over each puff pastry stick. The aroma will let you know the flavor is locked in.
- Add the Cheese: Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over each stick. Press a little into the b puff pastry stick so it melts evenly. Cheese should peek out, but not overwhelm.
- Wrap with Bacon: Wrap each stick with Β½ to 1 slice of bacon, overlapping edges slightly. Use a toothpick if needed. The bacon adds smokiness and crunch.
- Bake: Place on the sheet and bake 12β15 minutes, or until bacon is crispy and cheese is melted. Rotate halfway for even cooking. Watch closely in the last few minutes β bacon can burn fast.

- Storage & Reheat: Leftovers can go in the fridge up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven at 350Β°F (175Β°C) for 5β7 minutes to bring back the crispiness. Avoid microwaving β it makes bacon chewy and puff pastry sticks soggy.
