Just mix chia seeds with your choice of milk (dairy or non-dairy), add a dash of sweetener, throw in some flavor, whether it's vanilla, cocoa, or fruity goodness, and pop it in the fridge overnight.
Ingredients
3/4 c. plant-based milk, such as coconut, almond or a mixture of oat & coconut
2 T. chia seeds
Vanilla stevia drops, or preferred sweetener, to taste
Fresh berries and mint, as desired (or alternatively, nuts & cinnamon, to taste)
& mint to taste
Instructions
- Mix chia seeds with chosen milk, stirring well.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- When ready to serve, add sweetener to taste and desired toppings.
