1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any preferred milk)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
1/2 cup ice cubes (if using fresh berries)


Instructions

    1. Prepare the Ingredients:
        • If using fresh berries, rinse them thoroughly and pat them dry.

        • Peel the banana and break it into chunks.

    1. Add Ingredients to Blender:
        • In a blender, add 1 cup of mixed berries.

        • Add the banana chunks.

        • Add 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt.

        • Pour in 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk (or your preferred milk).

        • Add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds.

        • If desired, add 1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup for sweetness.

        • If desired, add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract for extra flavor.

        • If using fresh berries, add 1/2 cup of ice cubes to the blender.

        • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. This usually takes about 1-2 minutes.
