  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 cup finely chopped dill pickles

  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon dill weed
  • ¼ cup dill pickle juice, or to taste
  • Optional: 2 tablespoons chopped green chile peppers

Instructions

nstructions

  1. Add the softened cream cheese and sour cream to a medium mixing bowl. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Stir in the finely chopped dill pickles until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  3. Add the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and dill weed. Stir well to combine.
  4. Slowly add the dill pickle juice, stirring as you go, until the dip reaches your desired consistency and tangy flavor.
  5. Fold in the chopped green chile peppers if using.
  6. Taste and adjust the seasoning with additional dill weed, garlic powder, or pickle juice if desired.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
  8. Serve chilled with potato chips, crackers, pretzels, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

  • For the smoothest texture, allow the cream cheese to soften at room temperature before mixing.
  • Finely chopped pickles distribute flavor more evenly throughout the dip.
  • Add pickle juice gradually to avoid making the dip too thin.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
  • Stir before serving if any liquid separates during storage.
