For the chicken flautas:

2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese, Monterey Jack, or cheddar
1/4 cup salsa, enchilada sauce, or taco sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
8 small flour tortillas or corn tortillas
2 to 3 tablespoons oil, for pan-frying

For the crema:

1/2 cup sour cream or Mexican crema
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 to 2 tablespoons milk or water, to thin
Pinch of salt

For serving:

Shredded lettuce
Diced tomatoes
Lime wedges
Sliced jalapeños, optional
Chopped cilantro, optional
Avocado or guacamole, optional
Extra salsa, optional
