Instructions

How To Make No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Step 1: Gather Your Ingredients

Gather all ingredients before starting. Let the cream cheese soften at room temperature so it blends smoothly into the filling.

💡 Flash Tip: Soft cream cheese helps prevent lumps.

Step 2: Make The Graham Cracker Crust

Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs. Mix them with melted butter until the texture looks like wet sand. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of an 8-inch springform pan. Chill for 20–30 minutes.

💡 Flash Tip: Press the crust firmly so it holds together when sliced.

Step 3: Make The Cheesecake Filling

Beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

💡 Flash Tip: Fold gently to keep the filling light and creamy.

Step 4: Add The Gelatin

Bloom the gelatin in water for about 5 minutes. Warm it gently until dissolved, then let it cool slightly. Slowly mix it into the cheesecake filling.

💡 Flash Tip: Do not add hot gelatin directly to the filling.

Step 5: Fold In The Strawberries

Add the diced strawberries and gently fold them into the cheesecake filling until evenly distributed.

💡 Flash Tip: Small strawberry pieces help the cheesecake slice cleaner.

Step 6: Assemble The Cheesecake

Spread the strawberry cheesecake filling over the chilled crust. Smooth the top with a spatula. Pour the strawberry topping over the cheesecake and spread it evenly.

💡 Flash Tip: Smooth the filling before adding the topping for a cleaner finish.

Step 7: Chill Until Set

Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4–6 hours, preferably overnight, until fully set.

💡 Flash Tip: Overnight chilling gives the cleanest slices.

Step 8: Garnish And Serve

Remove the cheesecake from the springform pan. Garnish with fresh strawberries and mint leaves. Slice and serve chilled.

💡 Flash Tip: Wipe the knife clean between slices for neat edges.
