- 1 pound of skinless, boneless Salmon ( preferably Wild Caught Salmon )
- 2 eggs lightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
- ½ cup gluten-free bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon of salt ( to taste )
- ¼ teaspoon pepper ( to taste )
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder ( to taste )
Instructions
- -In a large bowl, mix together the salmon, eggs, Dijon mustard, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- - Once everything is well combined, form the mixture into small patties.
