- 1 package of pre-made pastry shells or phyllo dough

- 4 large eggs

- 1 cup milk or cream

- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)

- 1 cup diced vegetables (spinach, bell peppers, onions, or mushrooms)

- 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon or diced ham (optional)

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the Pastry: Arrange the pastry shells on a baking sheet.
- Make the Filling: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined. Stir in the cheese, vegetables, and meat (if using).
- Fill the Shells: Pour the egg mixture into each pastry shell until filled about 3/4 full.
- Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the quiches are puffed and golden brown.
- Cool and Serve: Allow to cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
