Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the Pastry: Arrange the pastry shells on a baking sheet.
  3. Make the Filling: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined. Stir in the cheese, vegetables, and meat (if using).
