- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg

- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin or line it with muffin liners.

- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.

- Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, and egg until smooth.

- Combine Mixtures: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the chopped spinach and shredded cheese.

- Fill Muffin Tins: Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
