Aioli is garlic mayonnaise that originates from the Mediterranean. It is a delicious spread or sauce that can be used on sandwiches, as a dip, or even as a salad dressing. This Aioli is made with garlic, olive oil, sour creams, and lemon juice.

Aioli is incredibly easy to make

The ingredients are blended together until they form a thick, creamy mixture. Aioli can be made mild or spicy, depending on your preference. Homemade Aioli is incredibly easy to make and only requires a few simple ingredients. It is also much healthier than store-bought Aiolis, which often contain additional preservatives and artificial flavors. If you have never tried Aioli before, I highly recommend giving it a try. You will be surprised at how addictive it is!

Aioli - originated in the Mediterranean region

Aioli is a thick, creamy sauce made from olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice. It originated in the Mediterranean region and is commonly used as a dip or spread. Aioli can be made with either raw or cooked garlic and is typically flavored with other seasonings like salt, pepper, and herbs. While it is traditionally made with olive oil, other oils can be used as well. Aioli is a versatile sauce that can be used in a variety of ways. It can be spread on sandwiches or used as a dip for vegetables or meats. It can also be used as a base for other sauces or used to flavor soups or stews. Aioli is a flavorful addition to any meal and can be easily made at home with just a few simple ingredients.

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup of sour cream
    • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
    • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

    • 1 teaspoon of salt
    • ¼ teaspoon of black pepper

    Directions

Simply combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix

    • Mix until well combined.
    • For a thinner Aioli, you can add additional lemon juice or water.
    • If you prefer a thicker sauce, simply add less liquid.
    • Once you've achieved the desired consistency, taste and adjust the seasoning as
      needed.
Serve immediately or store in the fridge for later.
      Enjoy!

    Health Benefits of Eating Garlic

Garlic is a well-known natural remedy for colds and flu, and it is also effective in reducing cholesterol levels and boosting the immune system. Aioli contains large amounts of garlic, which means that it can provide these same health benefits. In addition, the lecithin in egg yolks helps to emulsify the sauce and improve its texture. The lemon juice provides vitamin C, an important nutrient that helps to protect against infection. Overall, aioli is a healthy and delicious sauce that can be enjoyed by everyone.
