  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Assuming you have all the ingredients listed above, follow these steps to make baked parmesan zucchini crisps: 
  • 1. preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • 2. In a bowl, mix together parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
  • 3. Place zucchini slices on the prepared baking sheet. Spread the cheese mixture over the slices.
  • 4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
