This sauce is amazing. I could put it on everything. Chimichurri is a bright, herby sauce originally from Argentina. It's traditionally made with cilantro, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, and red pepper flakes, and it's dynamite on grilled meats.
Ingredients

- -1 bunch of fresh cilantro
- -3 cloves of garlic
- -¼ teaspoon of cumin
- -¼ teaspoon of smoked paprika
- -½ cup of olive oil
- -¼ cup of red wine vinegar
- -salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Simply combine all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse until everything is finely chopped. Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary. Store chimichurri sauce in a jar in the fridge, where it will keep for about a week. Enjoy!
