Move over, ketchup. There's a new condiment in town, and it's about to take your place as the star of the show. Introducing chimichurri sauce - a flavorful, zesty blend of herbs and spices that will transform any dish from ordinary to extraordinary. Whether you're grilling, sautéing, or roasting, this versatile sauce is sure to become your new go-to seasoning. So what are you waiting for? Get cooking with chimichurri sauce!

This sauce is amazing. I could put it on everything. Chimichurri is a bright, herby sauce originally from Argentina. It's traditionally made with cilantro, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, and red pepper flakes, and it's dynamite on grilled meats. But I've been known to put it on roasted vegetables, salads, eggs... you name it. Basically, if it needs a little flavor boost, chimichurri is my go-to.

    Ingredients

    • -1 bunch of fresh cilantro
    • -3 cloves of garlic
    • -¼ teaspoon of cumin
    • -¼ teaspoon of smoked paprika
    • -½ cup of olive oil
    • -¼ cup of red wine vinegar
    • -salt and pepper to taste

    Directions

Simply combine all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse until everything is finely chopped. Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary. Store chimichurri sauce in a jar in the fridge, where it will keep for about a week. Enjoy!
