1 pound chicken - 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 3 tablespoon shawarma spice mix, store-bought is also good here
- 3 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- salt and pepper to taste

- First, preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. (Roasting)
- - Then, in a bowl, combine the shawarma spice mix, olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, parsley, cilantro, paprika, garlic powder, and salt.
- - Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes and add them to the bowl.
- - Toss the chicken until it is evenly coated with the spice mixture.
- - Then, transfer the chicken to a baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
