    Mustard and Honey Glazed Salmon

    Ingredients

    Mustard and honey-glazed salmon are a delicious and easy way to get your Omega-3s. All you need is:
    -4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each), skinned
    -⅓ cup Dijon mustard
    -¼ cup Manuka honey
    -2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
    -1 tablespoon olive oil
    kosher or sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

    Directions

    Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). 

    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 

    In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper. 

    Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. 

    Spread Mustard and honey mixture over the top of each salmon fillet. 

    Bake until the fish is cooked through and the top is browned and bubbly, about 12 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 145 degrees F (63 degrees C). 

    Serve immediately.
