Roasted Garlic Brussel Sprouts w Parmesan

These roasted garlic Brussel sprouts are the perfect side dish for any meal. They're packed with flavor, and the Parmesan cheese adds a nice touch of elegance. Roasting the garlic really brings out its sweetness, and it pairs perfectly with the slightly bitter Brussels sprouts. 


-1 pound of Brussel sprouts

-1/4 cup of olive oil

-1 head of garlic

-1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

-1 teaspoon of salt

-1/4 teaspoon of black pepper



To begin, 

  • preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. 
  • Next, wash your Brussels sprouts and trim off the ends. 
  • Cut the sprouts in half and place them in a large bowl. 
  • Add the olive oil and toss to coat. 
  • Then, peel the cloves from the head of garlic and add them to the bowl. 
  • Toss again to mix everything together. 
  • Spread the Brussel sprouts on a baking sheet and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. 
  • Season with salt and pepper, 
  • then roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes. 

The result is a delicious side dish that is perfect for any occasion.
