Description

Salmon Burger and Fries is an interesting dish that can be made at home. The ingredients are fairly simple, consisting of a salmon burger patty and fries. This meal is easy to make, healthy, and affordable.

- one 15 oz can of wild salmon

- 1/2 cup bread crumbs

- 1/4 onion, diced

- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

- 1 egg, beaten

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- Salt and pepper to taste

1. In a large bowl, flake the salmon, and add the remaining ingredients.

 Mix until well combined.

 

2. Shape the mixture into four burgers.

 

3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.

 

4. Add salmon burgers to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown.

 

5. Serve salmon burgers with lettuce, tomato, onion, and your favorite toppings and fries. Enjoy!
