For the Crust:

    • 1/2 cup coconut flour

    • 1/4 cup arrowroot starch

    • 1/4 teaspoon salt

    • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

    • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted

    • 1 egg

    • 2 tablespoons almond milk

    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Topping:

    • Assorted tropical fruits (such as pineapple, mango, kiwi, strawberries, etc.)

For the Coconut Cream:

    • 1 can coconut cream, chilled

    • 2 tablespoons maple syrup


To make a Fruit Pizza with these ingredients, follow these steps:


    1. Preheat your oven to 325F

    1. In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup coconut flour, 1/4 cup arrowroot starch, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.

    1. Add 2 tablespoons maple syrup, 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons almond milk, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.

    1. Mix until a dough forms.

    1. Press the dough onto a pizza pan lined with parchment paper, forming a crust.

    1. Bake the crust for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Let it cool completely.

    2. Coconut Cream:

        1. Chill 1 can of coconut cream in the refrigerator overnight.

        1. Open the can and scoop out the solid coconut cream into a mixing bowl. Reserve any remaining coconut water for another use.

        1. Add 2 tablespoons of maple syrup to the coconut cream.

        1. Whip the mixture until smooth and creamy.


        1. Wash and prepare your assorted tropical fruits (pineapple, mango, kiwi, strawberries, etc.) by slicing them thinly.

        1. Once the crust has cooled, spread the coconut cream evenly over the crust.

        1. Arrange the sliced fruits on top of the coconut cream.


        1. Slice the fruit pizza into wedges and serve immediately.

        1. Enjoy your delicious and colorful fruit pizza!
