- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 Persian cucumber, peeled and grated
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Zest
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- salt and pepper, to taste
