This balsamic salad dressing recipe is the perfect addition to any salad! It is light and flavorful, and it won't overshadow the other ingredients in your salad.

Balsamic salad dressing is made with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, and salt and pepper. It's simple to make, and it has a delicious, tangy flavor.     Balsamic Vinegar

    Balsamic vinegar is a type of vinegar that is made from wine. It has a sweet and sour flavor and is often used in salad dressings, marinades, and sauces. Balsamic salad dressing is one of my favorite dressings to make. It's easy to make and tastes great on just about any salad.

    Ingredients

    • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
    • ¼ cup olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon honey
    • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
    • ¼ teaspoon salt
    • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
    • 1 minced garlic clove
    • ¼ tsp. sea salt
    • ¼ tsp. black pepper

    TIP:

    You can have a completely different dressing by adding berries to it.
    In a blender add the Balsamic dressing along with your favorite berry (½ cup), blend till smooth. You can store and use up to three days.

    Instructions

    Instructions:

    1. In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
    2. Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
    3. Pour dressing into a jar or container with a tight fitting lid.
    4. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
    5. Enjoy!
