-½ cup blue cheese
-¼ cup mayonnaise
-¼ cup sour cream
-1 tablespoon white vinegar
- ⅔ cup plain dairy-free yogurt
-¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
-¼ teaspoon black pepper
- In a medium bowl, combine blue cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, yogurt, salt, lemon juice, and pepper.
- Mix until smooth.
- Serve immediately or store in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
