Although dogs are capable of living on their own, they usually prefer the companionship of humans.
Dogs can be fed different foods depending on how old they are and what type of dog they are. For example, puppies need three meals a day, while senior dogs only need two. Also, herding dogs should eat more meat than dairy products because they were originally bred to protect livestock over long periods of time without giving them much food or water. Because many people think that all types of dogs can eat just about anything, this is not true. It would be better if you feed your dog healthy foods because then his body will develop into a strong healthy animal that will last for years to come!
