Ingredients

- ½ pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoon butter
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 large garlic clove, minced
- 3 tablespoons white wine or chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ¼ cup chopped parsley

Directions
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine shrimp, salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add shrimp mixture and cook for 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
