  • - ½ teaspoon of salt
  • - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • - 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • - 2 cups mango, diced
  • - ½ cup red onion, diced
  • - ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
  • - 2 tablespoons of lime juice

Instructions

  •  in a small bowl, mix together the cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • - Rub this spice blend all over the shrimp. 
  • -Next, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. 
  • - Once hot, add the prepared shrimp to the pan and cook for about two minutes per side, or until opaque. Remove from heat.
