    • 2 tablespoons olive oil, and
    • ¼ cup pitted black olives.
      1 jar of Marinara Sauce

    To spiralize a zucchini

    Zucchini noodles, or zoodles, are a healthy, delicious alternative to traditional pasta noodles. They're low in carbs and calories, and they're packed with nutrients. Plus, they're super easy to make! All you need is zucchini and a spiralizer.

    To spiralize a zucchini, start by trimming off the ends. Then, cut the zucchini in half crosswise. Place one half of the zucchini on the spiralizer, and twist the zucchini through the blades to create noodles. Repeat with the other half of the zucchini.

    Once your zoodles are Spiralized, you can cook them however you like. You can sauté them in a pan with some olive oil, or you can boil them for 1-2 minutes until they're just tender. Or, if you're looking for a raw zoodle dish, simply toss the zoodles with your favorite sauce or dressing.

    Directions

    In a large bowl,

    • mix together the ground beef, onion, bread crumbs, egg, salt, milk, and pepper. -Shape into small meatballs.
    • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the meatballs in olive oil until browned all over and cooked through
      Add the Marinara Sauce.
    • Spiralize the zucchini into noodles.
    • Cook for 3-5 minutes until tender and add to the pan.
    • Add the olives and serve.
