INGREDIENTS-
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients Tomato-
2 nos Tomato-
¼ cup Tomato Paste-
1 tablespoon Coriander Seeds Powder-
1 teaspoon Fresh Cream-
two tablespoons Cumin Powder-
½ teaspoon Pepper powder or as per taste Salt to taste Curry leaves few Oil, Mustard seeds, Dry Red Chilies.
Cooking Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan and add Tomato, Tomato paste.
2. Add little water and let it cook until Tomato softens. After Tomato is cooked, filter the Tomato mixture to remove seeds and skin. Heat oil in a separate pan and add curry leaves, Dry Red Chilies, Mustard Seeds.
3. Once it starts popping add coriander powder and cumin powder and saute for a minute.
4. Tomato mixture is added to this pan and let it cook for 3 minutes.
Add Salt, Pepper powder according to taste.
Tomato Soup can be served with Bread Mushroom Toast Tomato Cream Pasta Tomato , SaladTomato Risotto Tomato Rice Tomato Gravy
