¼ teaspoon CHILI POWDER
¼ teaspoon CAYENNE POWDER
¼ teaspoon CUMIN POWDER
Salt and Black Pepper
4 OZ Chicken Breast
Sprinkle half of the seasoning, and reserve the second half for later
1 MINCED GARLIC
1 teaspoon LIME JUICE
SET ASIDE for 10 MINUTES
1 teaspoon OLIVE OIL
Cook for 10-12 minutes till the chicken is cooked through
¼ Medium RED ONION
½ medium RED BELL PEPPER
½ medium YELLOW BELL PEPPER
½ medium GREEN BELL PEPPER
Add the remaining seasoning
Stir fry for 3 minutes on HIGH heat
Cover, reduce heat, and simmer until tender
½ Cup QUINOA Cooked
1 tablespoon PARSLEY
1 teaspoon LIME Juice
