Ingredients needed to make Mushroom Quesadilla
- 2 large Whole wheat tortillas
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 cups Mushrooms,(cremini, shiitake, portobello), sliced
- ½ cup Onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Spinach leaves
- 1 cup Shredded cheese (such as mozzarella or cheddar)
- Salt (to taste)
- Black pepper (to taste)
- Optional: Sliced bell peppers or jalapeños for added flavor and nutrition
How to make Mushroom Quesadilla
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Once the oil is hot, add 2 cups of sliced mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes until they start to brown.
