    Ingredients

PINEAPPLE GINGER juice is a refreshing and healthy drink that is perfect for any occasion. Made with fresh pineapples, ginger, and a touch of honey, this juice is not only delicious but also good for you. To make a pitcher of PINEAPPLE GINGER juice, you will need the following ingredients:

-8 cups of fresh pineapple juice
-½ cup of fresh ginger juice
    -¼ cup of honey ( optional )
    -1 liter of sparkling water

    Directions

    Prepping

    - Pineapple - The first step is to choose a ripe pineapple. The pineapple should be firm to the touch and have a pleasant aroma. If the pineapple is too ripe, it will be mushy; if it is not ripe enough, it will be sour. Once you have selected a ripe pineapple, cut off the top and bottom of the fruit. Next, use a sharp knife to remove the outer skin, being careful not to cut into the flesh of the pineapple. Once the skin is removed, cut the pineapple into small pieces

    -   Ginger - First, wash and peel the ginger root. Next, grate or chop the ginger into small pieces.

    To make the juice, simply

    - combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
    - Then finally sieve to extract the juice and then discard the pulp.
    - If you want to make a large batch ahead of time, you can store the juice in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours.

When you're ready to serve, simply pour the juice into glasses and enjoy. Cheers!
