Essentially, it's a bowl filled with healthy and delicious ingredients that are meant to nourish your body. So today, I'm going to show you how to make your very own Buddha pesto bowl! This dish is packed full of nutrients, flavor, and texture, making it the perfect meal for any time of day. Trust me, you're going to love it!

    Ingredients

    • Ingredients:
    • ½ pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
    • 1 ½ cups cooked white rice
    • ¼ cup pesto (homemade or store-bought) ** SEE BELOW **
    • ¼ cup sour cream
    • Salt and pepper, to taste
